I help my friends, friends of friends, and clients buy, sell, or rent their residential property. I have lived in the Atlanta, GA area since 1988 and have lived in Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, Suwanee, Braselton, and now Buford. My focus is to assist people in Gwinnett, South Forsyth, North Fulton, DeKalb and South Hall counties.
I bring to the table all of my professional and personal experiences when I work for my clients, firmly believing in
More than 20 years of project management experience in the corporate IT world and all my years of personal experiences (and moving a ton of times) provide me with the expertise and skills I use everyday in successfully achieving your real estate goals.
I never lose sight of the fact that the real estate business is not about property, but about helping you achieve your goals and getting you to where you want to be. That could be moving to a larger home for your children or schools, or downsizing to an apartment so that you can travel in your retirement years!
I love animals of any kind. I currently have 2 Persian cats, who are sisters, 1 year old and named Gracie and Tabatha. Bianca, my 17 year old Persian and Buck, my 16 year old Shar-Pei Lab mix recently passed away in 2016. You can see Buck on my blog. I lost my Shar-Pei, Samantha (video below), at the age of 6 from skin cancer in 2015. She was about the happiest dog I’ve ever known.
One of my more recent hobbies is fish. I have a 36 gallon fresh water tank. Some of my other hobbies include decorating, watching HGTV, gardening, adult ballet, aerobics, racquetball, bicycling, swimming, cooking, and wine tasting!
I love my work and am happily engaged to my fiance, David. Yes, engaged Christmas Eve 2014. David and I go way back to 1988. I was working for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC, now bought by HP) in Tampa, Fla. I was transferred to Atlanta in 1988 and David was my boss at the time. We worked together many years in software development and project management before he transferred to Michigan, then Illinois. I stayed in Atlanta and got into real estate in 2002. I met David a few times in 2004 when his son was going to UGA in Athens. Long-time friends, David decided to move back to Georgia right after Christmas 2012. He looked me up on the internet and we had dinner! No wedding date has been set, but stay tuned …
I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business!
